The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system installation, configuration, and maintenance within SAP environments.
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting of SAP systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Familiarity with database management and backup strategies related to SAP landscapes.
- Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and transport management effectively.
- Understanding of security concepts and user administration in SAP Basis.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
