Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate processes and recommend enhancements to improve team productivity and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication to effectively manage change initiatives.
- Experience in developing and implementing change strategies within complex organizational structures.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement related to change adoption.
- Competence in risk assessment and mitigation planning to support smooth transitions during change.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote awareness and acceptance of change.
