This role focuses on delivering comprehensive foundational training across various technology domains, professional growth, and industry-relevant content. The position also includes contributing to the development of educational materials and assessment tools, fostering a learning environment that supports continuous improvement and cross-functional expertise within the technology community.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to identify skill gaps and design targeted training programs to address them.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to promote best practices and innovation.
- Support junior professionals by mentoring and guiding their development within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Architecture Design.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, principles, and best practices related to architecture design.
- Experience in designing secure systems and infrastructure to protect organizational assets.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies within security architecture.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
