Training (Talent Development) Specialist
Facilitate LVA(Language Voice & Accent + Soft skills) training.
Conduct Pre-hire evaluation
Reporting and tracking training effectiveness, project effectiveness
Conduct call audits & feedback sessions
Customise and facilitate focused training interventions for associates on the floor.
Additional:Candidates with Certifications on language like CELTA & Instructional Design would be a value add.
