CWT are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our team as Apprentice Travel Consultants. The apprentice will receive hands-on training in travel bookings, customer service, and itinerary planning.

Key Responsibilities:

      ·       Assist customers with flight, hotel, and holiday package inquiries

      ·       Learn and support domestic & international travel bookings

       ·       Help prepare travel itineraries based on customer requirements

       ·       Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat

       ·       Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for reservations

       ·       Maintain booking records and customer details accurately

       ·       Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

       ·       Stay updated on travel policies, visa basics, and industry trends

Qualifications - Internal

Skills & Requirements:

      ·       2023-2025 Graduates (fresher only)

      ·       Strong communication skills

      ·       Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)

      ·       Willingness to learn and grow in the travel industry

     ·       Customer-oriented attitude

     ·       Flexible with shifts
