What would you do? • 6-8 years of experience in Property & Casualty Underwriting or Policy Servicing across shared services/Third Party BPO service providers (Essential) • Hands on experience of managing the one of the following tasks from the earlier experience from Insurance Underwriting Cycle – New Business Submission, Clearance and Inspection, Status Change, Policy Issuance, Premium Audit/Booking, Reconciliation, Policy Drafting, Mid-term Endorsement, Loss Run, Quote/Booking, Declarations, Cancellations, Reinstatements, Renewal Solicitation, Policy conversion, invoicing, Indexing, Doc management, DMS Filing. You would be part of General Insurance team, where would you be managing, Claims Adjudication, Claims Processing /Portfolio Management. Checking on Fraudulent Claims Rating and quoting including receipt, clearance, data gathering and submission for operation of insurance services to set-up new business or renewal submissions in the support of developing an insurance quote.
What are we looking for? • Good to have someone with experience in Re-Insurance Fac and Treaty business. • Support regional UA Manager in overseeing all daily business activities and act as the first point of contact for all UAs in the region. • Triages submission for missing information and follows up with the broker for outstanding items. • Issues policies, endorsements, and cancellations; prepares policy writing instructions and premium billings and processes individual policy filings.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
