Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and respond to inquiries.
• Counsel students regarding courses and admission procedures.
• Generate and nurture leads through outbound and inbound calls.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
• Stay updated on course offerings and admission policies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling student inquiries.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/software.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Prior experience in telecalling, academic counseling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
