  • Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting records and entries
  • Handle GST billing and invoice preparation
  • Manage purchase and sales records
  • Bank reconciliation and cash handling
  • Maintain stock and ledger records
  • Handle Excel reports and MIS reports
  • Coordinate with CA and management team
  • Maintain office documents and accounting files
  • Follow up payments from clients and distributors
  • Support administrative and office accounting work
  • Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Honest, responsible, and disciplined
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • QualificationB.Com / M.Com preferred
  • Fresher & experienced both can apply
  • Preferred CandidateFemale candidate preferred
  • Pharma company experience will be an advantage
