Accountant cum Back Office Executive

Job Overview:


We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant cum Back Office Executive to handle accounting tasks along with day-to-day office operations.


Key Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Maintain daily accounts (sales, purchase, expenses)
  • Generate invoices and follow up on payments
  • Manage accounts receivable & payable
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Handle GST filing and basic compliance

Back Office Work

  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders & documentation
  • Maintain records and data entry
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team
  • Assist in inventory tracking
  • Support administrative tasks


Requirements:

  • B.Com or relevant degree
  • Minimum 6months - 1 year experience in accounting/back office
  • Knowledge of Tally & MS Excel
  • Basic GST knowledge
  • Good communication & organizational skills
