Job Description
## strategic planning, talent acquisition (recruitment and onboarding), performance management, employee training and development, compensation and benefits management, employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance
· ## Strategic HR Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
· Talent Acquisition:
Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including developing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and managing the onboarding of new hires.
· Performance Management:
Administer and manage performance appraisal systems and identify areas for improvement in employee performance.
Training & Development:
Identify employee training needs, develop training programs, and manage professional development initiatives
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer employee benefits programs and manage compensation structures, including salary reviews and bonuses
· Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations, mediate conflict, and handle disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Policy & Procedure Management:
Develop, implement, and revise HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal standards
· HR Administration:
Oversee various HR administrative tasks, including managing employee records and ensuring accurate payroll processing.
Recruitment & Staffing:
· Oversee the entire recruitment, interview, and hiring process to attract and retain qualified talent.
· Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees
· Compensation & Benefits:
· Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs for employees.
· Conduct wage and benefit reviews to ensure competitive offerings.
· Workplace Safety & Well-being:
· Create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
· Manage and support employee wellness initiatives.
· Disciplinary Action & Conflict Resolution:
· Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee termination procedures.
· Mediate and resolve employee disputes professionally.
