Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates includes: • manage filing documentation • other office work related to the business • Knowledge of computer, good typing speed (30 WPM) is also desired. CRM Portal handling, CRM close parameter maintaining daily 90% etc.. Take appointment from customer and assign to field engineer sameday and do followup with engineer/technician for closure in CRM/ Mobile app same day.. Handling dealer, distributors, retailer phone calls,message,mail, whats app/ whats app group etc.. Review pending job per hour basis & remind/ manage for completion work with field technician etc..
