Job Description

  • Generate and convert business leads into client partnerships
  • Lead and support the Business Development team in business generation activities
  • Promote staffing, payroll, and recruitment services to clients
  • Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and B2B collaborations
  • Identify market opportunities for domestic and overseas business expansion
  • Achieve monthly business targets and support company growth
  • Maintain lead records, sales pipeline, and client database


Required Skills
