Job Description
- Operations Management: Oversee daily activities, maintain facility standards, and ensure safety and productivity.
- Staff Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and manage team members to optimize performance and foster a positive culture.
- Financial & Performance Oversight: Manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze data to evaluate the success of programs and meet performance goals.
- Customer Relations: Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning: Setting goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with broader organizational objectives.
- KPI & TAT Management: Driving the team to achieve key performance indicators, particularly Turnaround Time (TAT) for repairs and First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Technical Support Coordination: Providing a "supporting hand" to technicians for complex hardware or software issues and coordinating with Xiaomi’s regional technical teams for high-end escalations.
