Salary: ₹30,000-40,000 per month onwards

Job Summary:

Techflora Global Workforce Private Limited is hiring a Dealer Sales Executive – Genset Battery under its payroll. The ideal candidate should have experience in Genset Battery or Industrial Battery sales and be capable of developing dealer networks, generating business, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network.
• Generate new business opportunities through market visits and customer interactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, OEMs, and industrial customers.
• Promote Genset Battery products by explaining features and benefits.
• Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and after-sales support.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Genset Battery/Industrial Battery sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the Guwahati and Assam market.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
• Laptop and two-wheeler are mandatory.
