Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Computer Hardware Technician to join TerraTeck Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of IT equipment at customer locations and office.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair laptops and desktop computers
• Install and configure operating systems and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Install and service printers and peripheral devices
• Provide on-site technical support at homes and offices
• Perform preventive maintenance and system checks
• Maintain proper service reports and job updates
• Handle customer devices carefully and professionally
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
• Ability to perform field service work
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Prior experience preferred (Freshers with technical knowledge may apply)
