Job Description
Key Responsibilities-
- Build, onboard, and manage pharmacy partnerships across assigned hubs to drive patient referrals.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor community eye screening camps across multiple locations.
- Manage patient follow-up, appointment scheduling, counseling, and conversion to hospital visits.
- Execute local marketing and community outreach activities to increase awareness and engagement.
- Ensure availability of outreach materials and operational supplies across all hubs.
- Conduct regular field visits and hub audits to monitor performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, and manage field teams, ensuring productivity, accountability, and retention.
- Track and report key operational metrics, including camp performance, referral conversions, patient acquisition, and team KPIs.
- Collaborate with hospital, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of outreach programs.
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to enhance results.
