📍 We are expanding our operations and opening a new branch office in Guwahati, Assam. We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive HR Assistant to support recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and interview scheduling.
Screen resumes and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave records, and staff data.
Prepare reports and documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Coordinate onboarding and employee communications.
Assist management with administrative and HR-related activities.
Coordinate with departments and external vendors as required.
Travel across India for business meetings, recruitment drives, and official assignments as required.
✅ Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate in Assamese, English, and Hindi.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel PAN India for business meetings and official work.
Prior experience in HR or administration preferred; freshers may also apply.
⏰ Working Hours
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
5 Days Working (Sunday Off)
💰 Salary
Freshers: ₹12,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
