Junior Site Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for dedicated and proactive candidates for a full-time field-based role. This is a 100% field job, requiring extensive travel, site visits, and on-ground coordination as per business requirements.

Job LocationThe selected candidate may be posted at any of the following locations:

• Guwahati
• Dhemaji
• Longding
• Dibrugarh
• Naharlagun
• Itanagar
• Any other location as per organizational requirements

Eligibility :

• Candidates must be flexible and willing to relocate as required.
• Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel and working in different project locations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills will be preferred.
• Prior field work experience will be an advantage.
• Working HoursDuty Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekly off and holidays will be as per company policy.
• Additional RequirementsAs this is a field-oriented position, employees may be required to stay at project sites or field locations whenever necessary for operational requirements.
• Candidates should be willing to work beyond standard office hours when project demands require their presence on-site.
• The role requires a high level of commitment, adaptability, and readiness to work in dynamic field environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits and site inspections.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and submit regular reports.
• Ensure smooth execution of field operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
