Marketing Executive

Location: Khanapara, Guwahati (field role — daily travel within the city)

Reports to: CEO; weekly review with Manager – Marketing & People Operations

Type: Full-time, 6-day week

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + performance bonus up to ₹5,000/month linked to KPIs

Breathe Clinic is Guwahati's dedicated respiratory care centre — pulmonologist and paediatric consultations, PFT, FeNO, digital X-ray, pathology lab, and in-house pharmacy — operated by Respirit Healthcare, a DPIIT-recognised medtech startup

Role :You are the clinic's field marketing engine. Referral relationships are opened by our doctors and leadership; you keep them alive through disciplined visits, follow-up, and camp execution — and convert field activity into patient footfall. This is an execution-heavy, target-driven role measured weekly.

Responsibilities•  Structured weekly visits to GPs, paediatricians, pharmacies, and diagnostic centres across assigned zones; maintain the referring-doctor database and referral kit stock.

•  Deliver referral feedback notes to referring doctors within 48 hours of their patient's visit.

•  Plan and execute one respiratory screening camp per month, end to end, with post-camp follow-up.

•  Log all field leads same-day and convert them into booked appointments via call/WhatsApp.

•  Ground support for leadership-led corporate screenings and empanelments.

•  Daily field report and weekly KPI tracker; attend the weekly review with numbers ready.

Requirements 

Graduate in any discipline; 1–3 years in field marketing, pharma/diagnostic sales, or hospital marketing preferred. Strong freshers considered at the lower band.

•  Own two-wheeler with valid licence (fuel allowance provided).

•  Fluent Assamese and Hindi; working English. Comfortable with WhatsApp Business and Excel/Google Sheets.

•  Disciplined, self-driven, and comfortable being measured on numbers every week.
