Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for nail art, strong technical skills in gel and acrylic application, and a commitment to providing an exceptional, relaxing experience for clients. You will maintain high standards of sanitation while building a loyal clientele through personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nail Services: Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures, including shaping, cuticle care, and buffing.
- Enhancements: Apply, fill, and remove artificial nails, including gel extensions, acrylics, and dip powder systems.
- Nail Art: Create custom nail art designs, including French tips, ombre, and specialized techniques.
- Sanitation: Maintain a pristine workstation, ensuring all tools are sterilized and sanitized according to [State Board/Provincial] regulations.
- Consultation: Assess client nail health, offer expert advice, and recommend suitable treatments.
- Customer Care: Build lasting relationships by providing friendly, professional service and hand/foot massages.
- Sales & Admin: Promote and sell nail care products; assist with inventory management and booking appointments.
