Job Description
CareerClass is looking for a highly analytical and growth-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital lead generation and admissions marketing.
This role is focused on scaling Meta & Google Ads campaigns, improving lead quality, reducing CPL, and building high-performing marketing systems for APSC, UPSC, ADRE, CUET, and other competitive exam programs.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads & YouTube Ads
- Lead generation campaigns
- Funnel optimization
- Analytics & reporting
- Creative strategy
- Campaign scaling
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta & Google lead generation campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads for admissions
- Improve CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, and designers for ad creatives
- Suggest hooks, ad angles, and creative strategies
- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Handle Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Analytics, and tracking systems
- Improve landing pages and lead funnels
- Work closely with sales team to improve lead quality and admissions conversion
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Deep knowledge of campaign optimization and scaling
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Ability to independently manage ad budgets and marketing performance
- EdTech/coaching industry experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Creative-first marketing understanding
- Experience with broad targeting and modern Meta AI systems
- Understanding of funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking
- Experience working with content and creative teams
