Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead a new strategic project of B+G+10 of 156 residential apartments from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing project activities while ensuring that objectives are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
* Monitor project progress and make adjustments as required.
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Team Coordination
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
* Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
* Conduct regular project meetings and status updates.
Risk and Issue Management
* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Monitor project issues and implement corrective actions.
* Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
Stakeholder Management
* Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
* Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance
* Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
* Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Conduct project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.
* Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
