Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager for handling civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall site execution, planning, coordination, quality control, safety compliance, billing, client coordination, and timely completion of projects within budget.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage manpower, subcontractors, vendors, and project timelines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Ensure project completion within approved timelines and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
- Prepare project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.
- Monitor quality of construction work as per drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Manage procurement planning and material coordination.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and project documentation.
- Handle client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Resolve technical and operational issues arising during execution.
- Ensure proper documentation including DPR, RA bills, site records, and reports.
- Monitor productivity, cost control, and resource utilization.
