Job Description
Understand hiring requirements with department managers.
Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company career pages.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Perform reference and background verification where required.
Negotiate salary within the approved budget.
