We are a growing software company specializing in School ERP and Hotel & Restaurant ERP solutions, helping institutions and businesses digitize their daily operations through modern technology. We are looking for a confident and motivated female Telecaller cum Sales Executive to join our sales team.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Identify prospects and explain software solutions clearly.
- Fix appointments and schedule online/offline meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct online demos and product presentations when required.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain sales pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain lead data, call records, and reports in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with technical and management teams for smooth onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Sales Executive.
- Experience in software sales or IT-related products will be given preference.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English/Assamese/Bengali).
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and online meetings.
- Basic understanding of software products and business processes.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and incentives.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000 per month

- Experience in ERP or SaaS sales is a strong plus.
