• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain YOG Organic Foods & Spices products and offerings professionally.
• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
• Achieve assigned inside sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Daily Performance RequirementsMinimum Daily Talk Time: 120 Minutes
• Regular outbound calling activity required.
• Consistent follow-ups with leads and customers.
• Target-oriented sales performance expected.
• Skills RequiredGood communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Confident speaking and convincing ability.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Sales or telecalling experience preferred.
• EligibilityAny Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Prior inside sales, telesales, or customer service experience is an advantage.
