Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Executive. The role involves field sales, client meetings, closing deals, and managing end-to-end solar project sales for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads via field sales, references, and networking
- Meet customers & suggest suitable rooftop solar solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations & ROI/payback analysis
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage sales data and reporting
- Build relationships with banks & local authorities
- Arrange meetings with government officials
Requirements
- 2–4 years of sales experience
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of rooftop solar systems
- Willingness to travel for field work
- Basic understanding of energy/solar concepts
