Job Description
A Senior Civil Engineer is a leadership-level professional responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects. They combine technical expertise with project management and team supervision.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, water systems, and drainage.
Review and approve engineering plans, drawings, and calculations.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
Supervise junior engineers, technicians, and site staff.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, government authorities, and clients.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and local building codes.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
