Job Summary
- Handling customer complaints & trouble shooting of technical issues / failure analysis / operational issues, etc.for Screw Air Compressor
- Preventive maintenance of AMC customers
- Meeting Spares and Service sales targets set by Kaeser OEM
- Meets Customers to generate Enquiries
Responsibilities and Duties
- Need to be strong in Electrical and Electronics
- Visiting customer in warranty. Submitting service reports & plan of actions to customer preventive maintenance planning
- Commissioning of the Air Compressor
- Enquiry generation and business development
