Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise daily construction activities on site.
  2. Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  3. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  4. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
  5. Conduct site inspections, measurements, and quality checks.
  6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  7. Manage construction materials, labor, and equipment efficiently.
  8. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
  9. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on site.
  10. Ensure projects are completed within the planned budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
