Job SummaryPB Foods is looking for an experienced South Indian Cook to join our team at BLR Express in Uzan Bazar, Guwahati. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic, high-quality South Indian dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring efficient day-to-day kitchen operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare a variety of authentic South Indian dishes (e.g., Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambhar, Chutneys, etc.) efficiently and consistently.
• Ensure high quality, proper taste, and standard presentation for all meals.
• Manage food preparation processes and keep the kitchen counter/cooking area clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols strictly within the kitchen environment.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to handle peak meal hours smoothly.
• Requirements & EligibilityExperience: Minimum 1 Year of experience as a Cook / Chef specializing in South Indian cuisine.
• Education: 10th Pass or below.
• Language: No English proficiency required.
• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
• Location: Candidates residing anywhere in Guwahati are eligible to apply.
• Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed)
• Provident Fund (PF): PF benefits will be provided to employees upon successful completion of the probation period.
