Key Responsibilities
B2B Business Development
- Generate diagnostic business from:
- Doctors
- Clinics
- Hospitals
- Nursing Homes
- Collection Centres
- Diagnostic Laboratories
- Achieve monthly business targets
- Develop and maintain referral laboratory network
FOFO (Franchisee Owned & Franchisee Operated) Business Promotion
- Promote CPL’s FOFO franchise business model in assigned territory
- Identify and develop potential franchisee partners
- Conduct FOFO business presentations and meetings
- Generate leads for:
- Collection Centres
- Mini Labs
- Diagnostic Franchisees
- Referral Processing Centres
- Coordinate with management for franchisee onboarding
- Support branding and market expansion activities
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular client engagement
- Ensure timely problem resolution
- Coordinate with operations/logistics team for smooth service delivery
- Promote new test profiles and business schemes
Market Expansion & Branding
- Increase CPL brand visibility in Guwahati and North-East region
- Organize local marketing activities
- Conduct doctor meetings and business development campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Reporting & Field Discipline
- Daily reporting through FieldSense/CRM
- Maintain daily field visit reports
- Minimum field visits as per company policy
- Submission of daily and monthly work plans
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in:
- Diagnostic Sales
- Pharma Sales
- Healthcare Marketing
- Laboratory Business Development
- Franchisee/Channel Sales
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in pathology or referral lab industry preferred
- Candidates having doctor/lab owner network in Guwahati & North-East preferred
- Pharma Medical Representatives (MR) may also apply
