📍 Location: Gwalior (Work from Office)

Job Responsibilities :

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

2. Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.

3. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

4. Handle PF, ESI, payroll support, and statutory compliance.

5. Coordinate employee engagement, training, and performance activities.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Requirements :

1. MBA (HR) preferred. Graduates with relevant HR experience may also apply.

2. 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations & Recruitment.

3. Hands-on experience with PF, ESI, payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.

4. Good understanding of labour laws and HR practices.

5. Basic knowledge of the Stock Market/Investment Advisory industry will be preferred.

6. Experience hiring for BFSI/Financial Services is an added advantage.

7. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
