Job Title: Recruiter (Open for freshers)

Location: Remote

Shift Timing: Night Shift ( 7 pm to 3 am IST)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description :

• Maintain and update clients’ profiles, resumes, and LinkedIn profiles to ensure they are accurate, compelling, and tailored to target job roles.
• Identify suitable job opportunities , customizing applications to highlight their strengths and align with job requirements.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather necessary information, and discuss job opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, job market changes, and potential job openings to provide clients with the best possible opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout the job search process.
• Gather feedback from clients and employers to refine and improve the recruitment process and client profiles.
• Ensure all client information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client profiles and job applications simultaneously. Knowledge of the US job market and employment regulations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
