Our product portfolio includes specialized Desiccant Sachets (Silica Gel, Activated Clay, SAP, SAG, Activated Carbon, and custom blends). We cater heavily to manufacturing units across the Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Food Packaging, Textile, and Logistics sectors to protect goods from moisture damage.

Key Responsibilities

·        Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential B2B customers.

·        Develop and maintain a strong chains of prospective clients across industries such as Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Food, Electronics and Packaging.

·        Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable desiccant products and packaging solutions.

·        Coordinate product sample dispatch, follow-up with customers, and convert successful trials into commercial orders.

·        Prepare quotations, maintain customer records, and ensure timely follow-up on enquiries.

·        Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

·        Coordinate with Production, QA, Stores and Dispatch teams for smooth execution of customer orders.

·        Visit customers whenever required for business development and relationship management.

·        Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback, and share inputs with management.

·        Submit daily/weekly sales reports and achieve assigned business targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Confident personality with positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn Industrial/B2B Sales.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
