Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and dispatch documents
  • Coordinate loading/unloading and dispatch activities
  • Maintain billing and logistics records properly
  • Track material dispatch and delivery status
  • Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely delivery
  • Handle stock inward/outward entries
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing work
  • Support warehouse and operations team in daily activities
  • Communicate with customers regarding dispatch details if required
