About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and skilled Bakery Chef to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.

• ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake breads, buns, cookies, cakes, pastries, and other bakery products.
• Produce products according to standard recipes and maintain consistency.
• Handle dough preparation, proofing, baking, and finishing.
• Prepare fillings, creams, frostings, and basic decorations.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the bakery.
• Monitor product quality and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with the production team to complete daily orders on time.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and report shortages when required.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and perform basic maintenance checks.
• RequirementsMinimum 2–5 years of experience in a commercial bakery or pastry kitchen.
• Good knowledge of breads, cakes, cookies, and pastries.
• Experience in large-scale bakery production is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
