Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, architects, and channel partners. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving queries and complaints, coordinating with internal teams, and enhancing the overall customer experience to drive customer retention and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and service teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and channel partners.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvement initiatives.
• Support customer retention and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in customer relationship management or customer service.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
