Job Description
Pointo deals in E Rikshaw batteries. We need someone who can visit customer daily , onboard new dealers , manage both B2B as well as B2C . Has good dealer base ,
battery industry preferred.

Field Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition & Field Sales
● Conduct daily field visits to identify and engage potential customers
● Explain Pointo’s battery solutions and leasing model
● Drive customer conversions and sales closures
2. Lead Generation & Management
● Generate new leads through direct interactions in assigned areas
● Collect and verify customer documents as per process
● Ensure timely submission of leads
3. Daily Activity & Reporting
● Complete a minimum of 20 customer interactions per day
● Maintain real-time data entry
● Submit daily reports and EOD updates to the Team Lead
