Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Sales Manager to promote and expand our Smart Classroom and Interactive Panel business segment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, presentation abilities, and a proven capability to generate business through field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate sales leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Visit Schools, Colleges, Universities, Coaching Institutes, Corporate Offices, and Government Organizations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of Digital Interactive Panels and Smart Classroom Solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, comparative statements, and price lists.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert prospects into customers.
• Handle client communication through Email, Telephone, WhatsApp, and Online Meetings.
• Coordinate with OEM partners and internal technical teams.
• Generate Purchase Orders and ensure smooth order processing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain daily visit reports and CRM data.
• Collect and analyze customer data from various databases and market sources.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Lead and coordinate with the sales and technical support team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional personality with strong presentation skills.
• Good command of English and Hindi.
• Strong computer knowledge including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet Applications.
• Experience in preparing business proposals and sales presentations.
• Ability to work under target-oriented and high-pressure environments.
• Knowledge of Smart Classroom, IT Hardware, AV Solutions, Digital Interactive Panels, EdTech, or Corporate Sales will be preferred.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively.
Experience
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Educational Sales, IT Sales, AV Solutions, or EdTech Solutions.
