Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Freshers to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Assist in achieving recruitment targets within specified timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
