Job Title: Restaurant Manager Location: Burger Buddy, Gwalior Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time
About Us Burger Buddy is a fast-growing burger restaurant in Gwalior focused on quality, systems, and real in-house food development. We're not a franchise. We build everything ourselves — and we need a manager who takes ownership the same way.
What You'll Do
- Handle complete day-to-day operations of the outlet
- Manage, guide, and hold the staff accountable every single day
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed without fail
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and kitchen discipline consistently
- Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reporting to the owner
- Manage vendor coordination and raw material procurement
- Resolve customer complaints on the spot without escalating everything to the owner
- Identify operational gaps and fix them before they become problems
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant, food outlet, or retail operation
- Someone who has actually managed people before — not just worked alongside them
- Mature, stable, and mentally tough — this is a high-pressure environment
- Honest above everything else — cash and trust are involved
- Can work without being micromanaged
- Gwalior local preferred — someone who understands the market
