Position: Sales Manager

- Job Responsibilities:Handle and manage the sales team effectively.
- Motivate the team to achieve targets and improve performance.
- Guide clients regarding Stock Market and investment-related services.
- Maintain proper follow-up with clients and team members.
- Monitor daily sales activities and generate reports.
- Train team members and ensure smooth team coordination.
- Required Skills:Good knowledge of Stock Market / Share Market.
- Experience in Share Market field is mandatory.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Experience:Minimum 1–3 years experience in Share Market Industry.
- Prior experience as Team Leader / Sales Manager preferred.
- Location:Gwalior & Indore
- Salary:Negotiable + Incentives
