Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base in the Gwalior region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of the local real estate market in Gwalior
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in residential and commercial property sales
  • CRM software proficiency
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
