Vedic Zaika is a growing homegrown masala brand rooted in the flavors of Madhya Pradesh. We offer a curated range of 8+ premium spice blends, retailed through general trade across Gwalior and Shivpuri districts. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to own our ground-level market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Retailer and kirana store onboarding across Gwalior & Shivpuri market
• Build and manage a network of distributors and wholesalers
• Execute beat plans and daily outlet coverage targets
• Drive brand visibility — shelf placement, in-store branding, POP material
• Collect and report market feedback on pricing, competition, and demand
• Coordinate with brand owner on schemes, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Maintain sales records, daily call reports, and collections tracking

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience
• Candidates with background in spice / masala industry strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Gwalior And Shivpuri general trade market
• Experience in retailer onboarding and distributor management
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Two-wheeler mandatory; valid driving license required
• Good communication in Hindi; basic smartphone proficiency
• Graduate in any discipline

Industry preference: Applicants with prior experience in masala, spices, or packaged food sales will be given priority in shortlisting. Freshers and non-FMCG profiles need not apply.
