ROLE SUMMARY
Branch Sales Officer will be responsible for maintaining quality portfolios across all the processing centers. BSO needs to follow all necessary regulatory requirements and compliance. This role requires communication skills in the local language.

Business Development | Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders. |
He needs to source and empanel new connectors on every month | |
To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business. | |
Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Sales Manager and generate leads | |
Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business | |
Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM | |
To find, nurture and develop excellent relationships with the Referral Partners and Connectors |

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate or Non Graduate
Nature of Experience: 2+ Years Experience in similar industry.
