Job Description – Field Marketing Executive (Ayushman Bharat Patient Acquisition)

Department: Marketing

Location: Hajipur, Vaishali (Field Work)

1. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily door-to-door visits in villages, towns, and surrounding areas to identify patients eligible under Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY).
2. Educate families about cashless treatment available under Ayushman Bharat and explain the hospital's medical and surgical services.
3. Generate quality patient leads and convert them into OPD consultations, admissions, and surgeries.
4. Develop a strong referral network with ASHA workers, ANMs, local clinics, pharmacies, community leaders, and village influencers.
5. Assist eligible patients in checking Ayushman card eligibility and guide them through the admission process.
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly patient acquisition targets while maintaining accurate field reports.
7. Organize village awareness campaigns, health camps, and promotional activities to increase awareness of hospital services.
8. Conduct regular follow-ups with referred patients and their families to maximize admissions and treatment completion.
9. Maintain a professional image of the hospital and strictly follow ethical marketing practices and patient confidentiality.
10. Travel extensively within the assigned territory, identify new opportunities, and contribute ideas to increase Ayushman Bharat patient footfall.

• EligibilityMinimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Experience in field marketing, healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, insurance, or FMCG sales preferred
• Own two-wheeler with valid Driving Licence is mandatory
• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi (local dialect is an advantage)
• Comfortable with extensive field work and target-based performance
