Job Title: Operations Executive

Gayatri Traders is looking for a dedicated *Operations Executive* to manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations. The candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage daily business operations and office activities.
* Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams.
* Monitor order processing, inventory, and stock movement.
* Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
* Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and transport partners.
* Handle documentation, invoices, and operational records.
* Resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
* Support management in achieving business goals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Experience in operations, administration, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and basic computer applications.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Willing to travel if required.
