🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage JLG loan recoveries through regular field visits
• Identify defaulters and analyze reasons for default
• Ensure timely collection of dues and resolution of OD/DPD accounts
• Maintain and update customer & guarantor contact records
• Monitor assigned centers to minimize delinquencies and rollbacks
• Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure strong collection efficiency
