Job Description
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Develop new retail outlets and expand market reach.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
Conduct regular market visits as per the approved beat plan.
Generate orders and coordinate with distributors for timely supply.
Monitor distributor performance and stock levels.
Implement company schemes, promotions, and marketing activities.
Track competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure high service standards.
Submit daily sales reports, market reports, and other required documentation on time.
